Parallel and Intersecting Lines
Dear bloggers,
Today in math we learned about parallel and intersecting line segments. Parallel line segments are lines that are in the same place and never meet. We also discussed intersecting line segments. Intersecting line segments are lines in the same plane are not parallel and must meet at some point. We went on a geometry hunt in the classroom to find examples of intersecting and parallel lines. Look around your house. Can you find any examples of intersecting or parallel lines?

In math today we talked about intersecting and parallel lines. Parallel lines are lines that will never meet. intersecting lines are lines that meet in thee middle, like the intersection on the road! Also we talked about rays, lines, and line segments.
