 One foot spin

Over spring break My synchro team Teams Elite had gone to a huge competition called nationals.Our first competitors were the middle team (The team I’m on).There aren’t any videos of the team but people said it was one of our bests skates. We competed against a couple of teams but we received the gold.

The next team was the little team.They did great. They had a few falls but took the second place medal.

And finally the older team. They had a great skate but of course something had to go wrong.It turns out that the whole season we had been doing an illegal move! The broken leg spin, and without knowing we went out and did it. We had gotten 4th place but luckily there was a second round and we changed it to a one foot spin and took the gold in the second round. The other competitions we had gotten 1st place without anybody knowing that it was illegal.

During math we listened to the circle song. It is a song that helps us to learn what to do to find the area and cricumference of a circle. Here is the link to the circle song. While watching it don’t forget that Pi r squared sounds like area!

Last year on this day we had a huge snow storm with 20″ of snow.But lately we have had a warm week.With temperatures from 47 degrees to 57 degrees.People have taken of there winter jackets and switched them to fleeces and sweat shirts or just taken there jackets off.I think it is very weird conisidering that its almost the middle of winter.Tell me your opinions. Do you like it,dislike it,haven’t noticed it or just don’t really care if its cold or hot in the middle of winter.

I named my dog Trixie without knowing about Trixie Koontz.They are very similar. Trixie Koontz is a dog .Wrote a couple of books.Here is a website and video about her.This is a famous authors dog that happens to be named Trixie like my dog. The authors name is Dean Koontz.
